Service Description
During your initial appointment, our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will consult with you, fill out an intake form, and work with you to determine the best course of action for your treatment. While there may be less hands-on time during the first appointment, our RMT will explain the various options and approaches to help you reach your desired outcome. This initial session also allows our RMT to assess movement patterns and identify imbalances to develop a personalized treatment plan.
