Chronic Illness + Pain Management

Managing chronic illness and pain is a challenging journey, but you don't have to face it alone.

602 Highway 335, West Pubnico, NS, Canada

Service Description

Our Chronic Illness and Pain Management Program offers comprehensive and personalized care tailored to your unique goals and needs. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Intake Appointment: Your journey begins with a thorough intake appointment where we conduct a detailed health questionnaire and needs assessment. Based on this assessment, you will receive a customized program designed to meet your specific goals and needs. 2. Program Services: - Monthly One-on-One Meetings: Regular personalized follow-up meetings to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan. - Unlimited Access to Movement Classes: Join various classes, including breathing exercises, meditation, fitness for vitality, and exercises for stronger bones. - Bi-Weekly Mind-Body Therapy Sessions: Engage in holistic therapies such as aromatherapy, holistic nutrition, and relaxation massage. 3. What is Not Included: - Herbal Plan Costs: Any herbal plan required to supplement your program will be invoiced separately due to the unique nature of each individual's health plan. - Insurance Services: If you have insurance, we offer Registered Massage Therapist services billed separately. 4. Investment: Subscription: $200 per month. Add-Ons Available: Additional services and products can be added to your program based on your needs. While the cost of similar provincially-subsidized programs in bigger cities range from $73 to $165 per month, many are online-only or offer limited in-person services, none matching the comprehensive care we provide. As we are not subsidized, we are actively seeking solutions and assistance from the NS Health Authority to make this program more accessible. We believe this program is essential to the wellbeing of our community. Please spread the word. Sliding scale payment may be available for those with modest income, on a case-by-case basis.
