The five therapies included in this package will help to release tension, let go of deep seated impressions, and create Doshic balancing. The following therapies will be conducted for each chakra: Muladhara (Root Chakra) - Kati (Sacrum) Basti Swadhisthana (Navel Chakra) - Nabi (Navel) Basti Anahata (Heart Chakra) - Hrid (Heart) Basti Manipura (Solar Plexus) - Uro (Chest) Basti Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) - Vishuddha (Throat) Basti A Basti is a well made of dough that is pressed into various shapes to hold medicated herbal oil combinations over a targeted area of the body, as shown in the picture. This creates a very powerful therapy as the medicinal and herbal properties in the warm oil are absorbed through the skin directly above the desired area. Please note that Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) and Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) will be soon added - when C+M is equipped with Shirodhara Treatment equipment. The price for the entire session will be raised to $480, with an additional hour required.
