Magnesium oil not tecnically an “oil” since it refers to the texture rather than the composition. It is a water-based solution, ideal for sore joints + muscles, and for relaxation when applied to the feet.
While both versions contain castor oil, the one with the higher concentration of Ricinus communis is better suited for joint help, and the "lighter"version is more versatile.
