Focus on reconnecting with your self during a ritual that recognizes the spiritual meaning of this Wolf Moon as one of protection, introspection, and a deeper affinity to the intuitive sense that lives within.
Wear comfortable clothes that will allow movement, and a yoga mat if you have one. You are welcomed to bring your pen & journal if this is part of your spiritual practice.
